na, bought this from a local guy that had them for a month lol. Also with going and buying the rims i gathered a tint ticket right after, annnnddd i got one the day before that 
yes they are. The first day I received a tint and pipe ticket, next day I go to pick up some new tires/rims (WOOHOO) and get another tint ticket. thought the second guy would let me off since i already had one but YOLO. just finished taking it all off
last two pics look like it has a front 33'' tire and a rear 35'' tire.

Lol now that you mention it, it does seem that way in the pics. Probably won't raise the rear, may put 2" drop shackles in it instead…. i kid i kid. Yes I do rub and I have already done the nor-cal fender mod so I will have to add to that lol
