Red Tacoma Detail

Had this one come to me in pretty rough shape. Wanted a polish, interior cleaning.

Strip Wash

AIO polish
Sealant
PERL tire dressing
Under Carriage spray
In N Out spray for plastics

It was a nice turn around. I fixed my SLR so these were all from my phone because my battery is dead on the camera. No interior shots as it was just a typical vacuum and wipe down.

I liked the wedge, it cleans out easily and it just as easy to use as the mit but not as odd.

I have about 5 hours into this one.

I did today and checked it after the wash and didn't have any dirt deep in the sponge. I was pretty shocked go clean it kept it.

Might have to pick one up. Main thing I like is that it has a handle. I've drop my pads dozens of time because they slip out of my hand.

its cheap enough to not hurt you if you didnt like it in the end. I liked the handle as well. Not as sudsy with the wedge as the pad/mitt but the soap is working, dont need show suds.

Is it just me, or is the paint on tacoma's really shitty, seems like most I see look like that one with really dull paint?

depends on the color, the white is a single stage so people neglect it and they oxidize fast. This one was previously an old guys truck that sat outside never washed. Probably was never waxed ever.

I saw a black one a while back that was all oxidized, looked like a single stage too...
