Ok I have a 2000 silverado 2wd 5.3 and it's a open diff, I wanna put a posi or limited slip in and I'm just not sure what I should do, future plans are cam, stall, and gears but that's years down the road, I just wanna get both tires spinning for the time being, what would you guys suggest I do??

New Roads La.
You're doing the right thing. Iv done what you listed.
Best to build the truck from back to front performance wise!

Rons is more expensive last i check than summit.
Order a Trutrac (gears if you want to swap nows the time) and a master install kit with all the seals/bearings

No need to replace axles

Ok sweet, cause I'm not gunna lie I beat on my truck from time to time, and I'm getting tired of seeing one tire fire, but yea I plan on beefing everything up and then just putting a set of 243s on it with a cam, stall and gears, also e fans as well
