4:56s and 33s

Wondering if anyone has any experience with running this combo on a nnbs 6 speed,I have to get new tires pretty soon and was thinking about dropping from35s to 33s

probably 1-3 gears are gona be crazy quick. get the ratio's for the trans per gear tire size and the 4.56's and put them in here to see what your rpm's will be and your shift range per gear: http://www.f-body.org/gears/

Yea 1st and 2nd go pretty quick anyways, and with me driving the interstate to work everyday it night not be the greatest

I don't see why it would be bad on the hwy. 6 speeds and 4 speeds have pretty much the same overdrive ratio don't they? Would be the same as someone with a 4L60e with 33s puttin in 4.56s

Im getting 4.56s around the end of July, if I dont have my 20s/33s sold by then Ill have 33s and 4.56s. Everyone has told me it will be fun as hell driving around town lol but, I dont drive much highway anyway

Should be like my 4.88s and 35s. People think its a turd, then I light em up and they look away.

yours will be a fun to drive in town. Mine with 35s will chirp 2nd gear, and it will surprise the cool high school kids that pull up next to me at lights from time to time
