Discussion: 2003-2007 GMT800 (NBS) LED cluster conversion

Fuuuck. I haven't had a chance to get into the dash... but I have the manual AC controls, on fancy shit for me.

LED Strip or individual 5mm leds?

I just did James' cluster last weekend. Used white strip LEDs, and James removed the blue coating on the back of the cluster overlay so the gauges light up pure white. I also did his AC panel with white LED strips. The AC panel was actually harder than the cluster because I had to cut the strips and do 6 sets of 3LEDs. I wish I would have taken pics while I was working, I only took pics of the finished product.

I forgot to post this.

Scotty did everything in my truck, he will hook you up, and if there is a issue he takes care of it, Great business man, and i dont mind paying for it, since i would get mad at the electrical, and he always has bad luck with stuff.
