Alrighty so after about a month and a half of owning my rcsb and talking to a few guys on instagram I decided to sign up and create an account. This is my first build thread so forgive me if I do anything wrong, or seem really disorganized.
So here's what it is,
2004 Chevy Silverado RCSB 5.3l v8 Dark Spiral Gray Metallic (I think that's what the color is called) , Not to sure if its an ls or lt the previous owner didn't know either.

First thing I did when I got the truck was pull my old head unit out of colorado and swapped everything on over to the silverado, dash kit, harness, headunit. It was an easy swap since everything matched with one another. Sorry no pics.

Once I got my wisdom teeth out I put the time I took off from work to good use and decided to get my sub installed,
Sundown Audio sa 12 with a polk audio d1000.1 box was 1.75^3 after displacemets tuned to about 32hz with 2 4" aero's I don't know if its just because of the smaller cab size and box size, but it sounds decent with the windows cracked a bit other than that eh, will be redoing it over my xmas break. It was a lot louder in my old ecsb colorado.

nice truck!

Please don't murder it out....DSG is too nice of a color to go that route. Get some smoked headlights and start color matching....handles...mirror caps...front bumper cap

Please don't ruin it with the murdered out look. Like stated, Spiral Grey is such a nice color!

Welcome to the site. Looking forward to seeing where your build goes.

So thats 3 people now that have said don't ruin it with murdered out look, 2 on here and one on instagram, once the holidays are over and the funds start building back up, I am thinking of ordering some clear reflector headlights, and HIDs are a must, I had them in my old truck and I really miss them I do a lot of night time freeway driving where the street lights never seem to work. Throw in some crappy winter weather and my vision sucks.

Welcome! Nice truck, please dont ruin it with black! Chrome wheels or keep your Tahoes and some colormatching and you're set.
