you want to order new ones for an 05+ silverado

Trans removal instructions....very helpfull but no need for dual jacks

4L60e 2WD removal with pics - PerformanceTrucks.net Forums

Trans guy that did my swap put the jacks by the a-arms....that way theyre out of the way and wont mess with the jack holding up the trans.

BTW, if you have an 02 or older...you probably have allen head torque converter bolts (3) and I suggest you get the updated ones....I bought some updated bolts but my truck already came with them...so hit me up...will sell for cheap  I also bought new manifold gaskets but didnt need them, you probably wont need either....but its not a bad idea to buy them and just return if not needed...thats what I did.

how to i posted previously

Yeah I know smh. But I'm lifted so I have a little extra room to slide it all back with the torsion crossmember lowered down.

a jack helps out a lot lol. me and my bro put it in my truck with us 2 and a jack to hold the weight up of the tranny. An impact drill with some badass extensions helped when takin the bell housin bolts off too

Well good news is seems like i have dual style bolts lol

I have the converter in my room just waiting for a free weekend to throw it in. Anybody have problems with reusing the stock bolts? Or anything else I need to know for swapping the converter?
