I have a 2007 Sierra Classic 2500HD and I am interested in converting to HID headlamps. I have a set of 2004 Yukon Denali housings and I'm interested in purchasing a set of stainless adapters for the Morimoto mini H1's. Can I put my name on a list here for a set when they are made? I don't know much about these conversions so please be patient if I ask silly questions. I saw somewhere else an HID retrofit kit kit from a place called RetroSolutions that offered 55 Watt output systems as well as 35 watt systems. Could these adapters be used with either setup? How do you communicate with others directly on this site? E-mails? I don't see a capability for Private Messages between members like some other Forums I am a member of .

you can put a HID bulb in your factory housing with no issues, these are a different project which has a better cut off line and better output.

either way you will need to buy a HID kit.

I make them out of stainless. I can get them made normally in a short time, but its just backed up as work is swamped.

I used an aftermarket set of Denali's and they worked just fine.

Mine were depo brand and like I said, no issues retrofitting them.
