My friend said he knew someone with chrome wheels and they were pitting really bad, so he got them stripped and it was just like a polished aluminum wheel?

My friend told me I didn't need to buy the whole flip kit, if I want to do a flip kit, just to do it myself and get new shocks. Is this true?

My friend used to have a 99 single cab and he had a switch beside the passenger airbag keyhole, that could turn his system off when you wanted and turn it on when he wanted. I am getting a system and am wondering how to do that? I have an 03 single cab.

I have drop shackles installed, and am looking to get drop hangers and drop shocks installed. I have called my local shop a couple times, and they tell me the same thing, let me get a price and I'll call you back. I never get an answer. Can I get a range of what it will cost? Parts and labor...

I have 2" drop shackles on my 2003 silverado. I was going to buy 2" drop hangers, and I know that eventually I will get drop shocks, but I didn't know if it was REQUIRED or just recommended. Please help. Also some good brands to go with the hangers. Thank you all.
