I want a crew cab too but dealing with what I have and have done a great job turning it around. Just slap the preds on and do a little modification at a time.

IMO. Clean up what's there and drive that bish till the wheels fall off. Much better than a troka payment

Mofos are heavy for this tired ass motor. Stupid excuse blah blah i dont care. Im trying to sell them too. I have a few "interested" potential buyers on the truck. We'll see how that goes. I haven't been trying hard to sell it but I'm about tired of the bullshitters. If i kept it, I'd want to repaint it but the few decent shops around here want a stupid amount for a basic paint job. So im still on the hunt for a clean nbs ccsb with less than 80k miles.

Then keep and throw in a lq9 and better gears? You'll have to do the same with the ccsb unless you find a vmax which are hard to find that aren't abused.
 
Put wheels on and give your shitbox a tune up. Problem solved. Don't finance your happiness now to be pissed at debt later

That thought has crossed my mind. Ccsb would be leveled (probably 2wd), on stocks and at's more than likely. Dat grandpa mode.

You'd be surprised what difference gears make, my 04 with 285s and 4.10 would kill my dads 05 with 265s and 3.42s. Both trucks 4wd CCSB with LM7 and stock tunes.

Scusi... So you'll put monies into a new trok that'll you have to saved with probably the same motor but just new gears with 2 doors and the loss of 4wd? I'm just not understanding your logic here. In the end it's your truck and do what you want but it seems pointless.

Want a light color crew with less miles and leather. You sold your lbz and bought practically the same truck just a few years newer. I fail to see the logic in that :cheeky:
