I'm assuming he means, drain the oil while truck still running, put plug back in and fill up before the motor starts a knockin

Yeah service guys are some the most laziest basterds ever. A couple of months ago I took my moms expedition into our ford dealer for a oil change. When I went to go pick it up I noticed the steering wheel and the weathertechs had oil on them. Asked to speak to service manager immediately and told him this was unacceptable and he tried to tell me that it came in like that. I told him that the owners wouldn't appreciate him calling valued customers. His tone then changed very quickly when I whipped out the owners cell phone number and home address out of my phone. Thank you ford for the 5 free oil changes and a hand written apology letter.
