Putting truck into reverse or drive will make a clunking noise. Affects the nnbs more when I heard about it

Shifting from reverse to drive or drive to reverse it clunks. Basically the axle shifts a little and the yoke moves in or out of the tail shaft. Happens sometimes when you come to a stop or when you take off.
