Tore the truck down and got the cab off to start on te body drop. Channels, tubs, tranny tunnel are cut and 4 of 6 mounts are done on the cab. Hope to have the cab on the ground tomorrow. Then start on the core.

So total bagged truck newb question, do you just run the drivers exhaust straight back then y it under the driveshaft? Or just dump both sides individually

You can do either depending on fuel line location. I'm going to end up y ing mine under the tranny and running it to the passenger side and let it dump where it is now.

And the cab is laying rocker. Gonna do the core support tomorrow. Then take the truck home, tear down the rear and take the diff to get narrowed. While the diff is gone, ill work on the bed mounts and cleaning up the frame.

I got really lucky with this truck and picked it up bone stock for 2k. When all is said and done i won't even be 10k into it.
Moser is making the axels, but ill be narrowing the diff.
 
Sounds like the truck I'm driving now. All stock 2000 scab 4x4 for $2200. Shit load of miles though. Keep up the good work man if you ever need a hand lemme know. Don't know much about bags but I'd love to learn

Yeah this one only has like 120k miles on it. Most the shit I have left is simple bullshit besides getting my spare bed floor.
 
Looks good man just noticed you pick up a 2wd lol... I haven't been keeping up on this forum but I'm start to make it religious... can't wait to see it done
