Not too bad, but I'd tear all the shit out back there and do a dumped exhaust setup
 
Yeah, tear all that shit out, do a tucked up side exit tip llike Harpaul's. And tone down the white a tad, grille/bumpers/some trim need to be chrome/polished
 
cant have dumped exhaust for pulling, and thats what that truck looks like its setup for. gotta have exhaust shooting straight up either you have stacks or you put a turn up pipe on the rear exit. still a pretty badass truck.

Looks like a dedicated pulling truck with that style ring hitch, and they have very specific rules that exhaust has to go up like geoff said. so In his case I think the stacks, headache rack and toolbox look good on there. I'd shitcan those mirrors and steps then it'd be clean.

I like this look too, it's more of an old school thing they used to do with 15x10s and 12s

God the steps everythin in the bed its painful but everything is going to diesel have to have there exhaust aimed up no one wants soot dumped on their track
