Last two pics painted up look like an 01-02 HD grille and hood grafted on. Notice how the 06 grill sticks way out, then the grille on the burgundy truck doesn't stick as far out, and the painted grille goes over the headlights slightly, cat-eye style, while the 06 is just a touch narrower.

This is what I believe as well. Regardless of what it is, its another display of a nice amount of work put into something that was doomed from the start.
