My slow build thread(shit wagon, hack job)

thought about doing a color on mine, but since I am doing raised bed floor I did not care enough anymore and just doing black everything

Crimson is a great idea, whos spraying it for you? The spot right by UNT campus is cheap0 as hell, they done good work for me before.

Slow progress is a hell of a lot better than going 10 steps backwards every few days like my gem lol

The crimson will look killer.
lol, trust me, I've been there homie

either a friend of mine if he can fit the parts, or getting Cody to coat them before shipping them.

would just do it black, its going to get dirty fast in that tejas weather of yours. if your cleaning skills are anything close to your shipping skills well you see where im going. this isnt a show car and the shits going to be hidden most of the time anyway. and why red anyway?

red? who said red?

How dirty do you think Texas is? the parts that are on my truck now aren't dirty...my coilovers are powdercoated blue, and still blue! I don't drive much.

you said crimson, and since everyone you talk to is going to have their own version of "crimson" we can just call it red.

you guys have hurricanes and tornadoes, and sand for dayssssssssssss

do you ride a moped?
no, I am not :scooter:

uh, I am north of Dallas, we don't have hurricanes nor sand...and tornadoes are rare! Also, how would this effect my powdercoat? I am still considering black, but it's between black and crimson. Either way it's getting pc'd since it's only an extra $125 at most.

oh, and hids are in the mailbox awaiting USPS to pick them up fgt

shits going to get dirty, and unless u clean it the red will look like shit. the black or dark gunmetal will hide the dirt/dust and look just ok. i would say get it red and when u find out im right jsut have it redone black since its so cheap but dnw to take apart just to change colors

Cleaning will just consist of pulling the bed and cleaning it. Like I said, it's still a debate. I haven't fully decided.

I don't drive it. You put more miles on your truck in a week than I do in a month. I wash it all the time during spring/ summer. I don't during winter.
