i have heard of 3 people that have had burned out motors on their Fass pumps.

and one faulty airdog.

also the new airdog 2 is just as quiet as the fass titanium. and really over my exhaust your not going to be hearing a lift pump, especially since i am going to mount it by the tank, in between the frame rails.
 
That's where mine is. I laff at people who put it outside the frame where everyone can see their 700 dollar pump and easily take it off

I know why they put them there but I think it's stupid m8.

M8 if they didn't have fgt filters m8 then they wouldn't have to worry about changing it m8.

Secondary filter is like a condom m8, for GDI m8s, m8

ok thats enough m8's in my build thread.....i dont want people looking at my truck and beeing like oh dam thats a race truck.

i want people to think its a clean stock looking truck and then surprise them with the power.
 
so this happens when i have my 4 ways on while my key is not in the ignition.... never noticed it before.

From where and what ones exactly? I've looked through here and can't find where you said it lol.

Nevermind, I just scrolled up lol. Good call on the Cat filter, way cheaper in the long run.

so had some brake noise coming from somewhere thought it was the front so took it apart re-greased the slider pins and cleaned them up.

put it back together noise was still there so i took apart the rear tonight .....it end up that one of the pistons on the driver side brake caliper seized so it got the rotor really hot pad was gone, rotor was gone, and needed a new caliper....so i did that cost me like $280 in total.


 
My friends ford did this on the way back from philly... Looked back and was like uh Mikey why is your passenger side wheel rolling coal bro

took flares off today :wentbetterthenexpected:

thought there might have been some rust behind it since it was in ontario but :notbad: just a bit of dirt in the driver side rear one.

thank guys :shake: i will probably leave them off for the time beeing.

i think my next step is fixing the paint, and dent, CM grill bumper cap and esky's, then rocker guarding the rockers and 3" up my door and my bed rails in white.

then i really need to send it away to someone to do a full paint correction on the paint has a few chips and some deep scratches but i think it should clean up pretty good.
