I wouldn't want someone driving like that in my town around my family imo. As cool as it is, take it out of a populated area and don't damage public or private property

What did he damage? Rubber on asphalt. Don't get me wrong I agree I don't want it happens in by me but at the same time my kids don't play on the street
 
I agree he should've been ticketed/told to go home and never do it again but those charges are too extreme IMO
