Huck's '70 C10

No real updates, the Sierra and the new family pretty much have taken precedent and not much will get done other than maintenance cuz starting to look at getting our own place/trying to find a new job. Possibly out of state. Maybe once the Sierra is paid off I can do more.

I pulled it out and jumped if off a couple weeks back since I hadn't started it in probably 2 months. It busted a rubber fuel line so I let the tank completely drain (the fuel had to be a year old or more), replaced all those and bought all new brake lines and wheel cylinders. Put the fuel lines on with an inline filter, got a new battery for it and have been starting it every few days now. Hoping to have time soon to do the brakes.

Anyways, here's a video of it. I love the truck and it's fun to drive. I hate that I can't do much right now but I can at least maintaine it and save it for later

Lol nah. I had just put sta-bil in it and it leaked all down the side of the cab so I had just rinsed it off

Ignore the bump, just needed to pic dump. Got the brakes fixed and been driving it some. Hopefully I'll get my insurance changed and can register it this week sometime.

Starting to price shit out now, making a thread over on 67-72chevytrucks (hence the pic dump) to get advice on where to get shit/what direction to go. Still mulling over picking up that 305 setup from Tony's buddy

Dammit....that's just too good a deal to pass up lol. I'm stuck between modding this or putting money away for a house/paying off the sierra.....problem is what I "should" do and what I wanna do are 2 completely different things lol

Well if you wanted to be that practical you should consider selling the C10 and pay off the Sierra.

I can't. That was part of me getting it for free. I had to agree to not sell it, or if I did it had to stay in the family and still be given away for free.....soooo negative lol


Plus I have some stashed away for a down payment, just would be nice to add to that. But I don't absolutely have to....decisions
