that the VA Specialties xmember? how do you like it?
 
it's 2-1/2" x 1/2" x 3/16" square tube with 3/16" end plates and carrier mount. I'd have to get the measurement across, don't remember
 
thank you all, it's been a learning experience. Never got into anything this deep. I'll get you that measurement this weekend, took a break from it for a bit.
 
Oh my... So much want. Any chance you can do a write up on raising a bed floor? Would be a good addition to the site and I've always wondered the best way to go about it. If I decide to do deep notches I'd like to raise mine.

thank you sirs. Basically drilled all the spot welds holding floor and tubs to the sides and raised it up. We raised it 6.5" and clears 305/30/26s
