Ive been talking with some other members lately about it and I think I'm going to bring the truck up another inch up front, making it 3.5" of of lift. Before everyone starts screaming about angles and ball joint wear, finish reading the post.

I jacked the front end of the truck up to simulate the angles at 3.5" of lift up front. Here's how it looked.

After discussing it with other members who have off-road setups, the angles look much better than expected for that amount of lift with no diff drop or bracket drop. After seeing the angles, I'm pretty sure I'm going to do it. I will most likely just move up a notch on the bilsteins which will net 3.25 or more of lift.

Here's an updated list of plans to help keep me on track.

1- Increase level to ~3.5" and swap 1" rear block for 2" rear block
2- Add wheel spacers (either 1.5" or 2")
3- 33x12.50R22 or 305/45R22 Tires. I'm still undecided on what I want, but need to save up some funds for them too.

Those are good angles, I say do it! My truck's got slightly steeper angles than that and have no issues whatsoever. Wish RC made UCAs for NBSs, my only option is Cognito and those are $$. But I def need them

:fp: what you smokin? Really needs 22x10 with lip, but I ain't ballin like that.

With the current tires it should be closer to flush, which is what I want. When I move up to 33s they will be wider which means they'll poke more.

Some oem wheels have pockets between the lug holes on the backside making it so you don't have to trim the studs.

Little update - the 1.5" spacers showed up yesterday. They seem to be good quality. Can't tell if they are painted or coated (can't remember what it's called for alum) but there weren't any nicks/chips. They were packaged really well too.

Got them installed and luckly didn't have to trim studs since my wheels are relieved on the backside. After seeing them on the truck, I'm glad I stuck with 1.5" and it came out exactly how I wanted it to.

I also found a good deal on some FFR Fabrication tie rods, so those will be going on when I go up to 3.5" up front. Hopefully they will eliminate any issues with the steering angles at that height.
