It looks like I just heat it up, pull it apart and pop the orange piece out correct? looks like its glued or pressed in there some how.

Im pretty sure you cant clear the bumper lights on the 99-02 trucks, its one solid piece.

The corner lights are one piece like stated, you have to buy them cleared
