Whats up guys Im having trouble choosing the right exhaust about 4 years ago i got a flow master installed single in dual out and i was not too happy with it
now im ready for a new one. looking for a mellow at crusing speed and loud as u revv or floor it.
im was wondering about the borla xr-1 bcus i seen some videos on it and also a magnaflow
i wanted to know how big of a sound difference there is between single in single out and single in dual out.
this video sounds nice and quiet at idle

i had a single in dual out magnaflow 3" on my old rcsb. it wasnt too drony but sounded good all around. i hate hate hate flowmasters
 
I've got a 3" SI/SO 24" Magnalfow and love it. No drone at all and quiet until you get on it.
 
I have 18" magnaflow 3" SI/SO and I love it. Not loud until you want it to be and cant even really hear it at crusing speeds

That's the one that sounds like a Corsa muffler, right? Do want.

I have an 18" 3" SI/SO Magnaflow on my rcsb. For quiet cruising, I'd get a longer case length like a 22". Look into the Dynatech also, it sounds great.
 
There are so many options. I would get on youtube and search for a while. I love my aerochamber, but I love a bunch of different mufflers.
 
Have a dynomax ultra flow ss, round case 3" in/out, sounds amazing, its pretty quiet idling and light cruise speed but after 3k people will think you have a race truck

I have that same muffler on my NBS and am not big on it. It drones pretty bad compared to the Magnaflow I had. It does sound good when you give it some though.
 
I have a 2.5" DI/DO bassani without cats and dumped infront of rear pass tire and its pretty freaking loud, going down highway its not horrible but at idle sitting there it has that race truck sound and when you get on it everyone will look. I love the sound of it and only thing I want to change about it is have it exit out the rear on each corner of the bumper but dumped so pipes are hidden.

This is on the truckin mag truck and its a SI/SO with cats IIRC and with the standard size bassani offers and it sounds good IMO

Bud was running a Bassani for a while, he still might be but his was a 3" SI/SO and was nice also...

Word I have that muffler not ss tho just silver aluminum I like it I thought it was pretty quiet till I heard Brandons magnaflow its significantly louder but no drone WOT sounds sexy!
