Why do you want 2 if you only want it being noticed and subtle? One 10 sounds to suit that a little better, which would be plenty. I have the bose with one 6" turned up and that's good for adding the extra punch to music to make the experience enjoyable and full

I have never heard Bose in a newer vehicle. Mom had one in her '00 escalade, and buddy had it in his 05 silvy.

Not a fan of either. I guess I just hear all the room for improvement. Way better than low end stock stuff.
 
I remember reading a few places that even if you just replace the stock amp with anything at all, like $30 eBay ones it sounds much better :shrug:

i guess i have a pretty sweet set up IMO i have bose, an amp, and a no name 10" sub and i love it but i also have a aftermarket pioneer head unit i dono if that makes a difference and i am not sure the sub in my center console is unhooked .... i am also not going to bother to check since it sounds great how it is
