2003+ buttons

will 2003+ (black buttons) 4x4 switch and window switches fit a 2000 silverado? I want to switch out all the turn knobs for black ones aswell.
 
I plugged a 03' Tahoe 4x4 switch (looks like a 99-02) into my 04' and it worked, I'd think the window switches would be different, not sure though.
 
Window switches are def different. I highly doubt they'd work. 99-01 switches are the push the top for up, push the bottom for down type

03-07classic are push for down, pull for up. Like a Honda switch

I was talking about the plugs being different, I knew the buttons or controls it self looked different.
 
Yeah I know, was just giving reference to OP. 99% sure plugs are very different as well

so would have to change door panel and wire connector to get them to work..or just save money and get 03+nbs
 
Just save money and get 03+. Not sure you could even swap over door panels/wires. I'd be willing to bet the PCM would keep it from working
