Any luck with the front drive shaft?

would not move. Found a air hammer (not a great one) didnt move. had a aluminum punch and a sledge (and a helping hand) didnt move. Heated it up (only propane, which didnt do much) and STILL didn't move. So I took out the u-joint @ the yoke on the transfer case, and pulled the front driveshaft. I dont need 4wd for another month or so anyways. So I will get some u-joints, a new yoke, and drop it off at a shop to get them to take old on out, and re-installed new unit soon.

And finished product: (still haven't gotten it aligned yet). 5" of lift on 32" tires. I still have 2.5" rear wheel spacers, and 1.5" front wheel spacers to go on.

Shop can deal with driveshaft.

coils ride fawking awesome. havent driven it much yet, but just down the street and back. before the holes and dips in that street would buck my truck around (cranked on levelling keys) and it sucked. Hit it in this, and was like butter. I am on 7 of 18 for compression adjustment at the moment.

Needs colormatch/demold asap. can you post a picture straight from the front of the rcx crossmember and the arms so I can see the angles and clearance?

I am doing alot of paint/CM work in the spring! I may de-mold this week though. And I did above, but I can get a better one for you

Awesome! Needs more retrofit though. The 02's were bad for glare

Sent from my igloo using my SGS4 eh.

Still haven't gotten it aligned, I am messing with the suspension first. I lowered down the front a little on the threaded collars, and now am at +4 clicks of compression. Fender heights are: Front: 41.5", Rear: 39.5" after its been driven to settle it at a height. The rear is still coming up an inch (I am swapping in a 3" block for the stock 2" block).

looks good those are still your 33's right?

thanks :shakehands: And yep, my almost new 285/55/20's. To be honest though, with 38 PSI in them (mounted on the front of truck) only measure to 31.5" with the tape to the top of the lug.
