Thanks. Ended up trimming that tab off and no I'll effects so far. I think I got them sealed right too since I haven't seen any fogging or condensation like I did before.
The temperature change sometimes has a effect on them, when it changes rapidly

I noticed that when I first put them on. Went from being in the 60's to the 30's, but only had one fog up a touch. Haven't seen anymore though, so I assumed that lense maybe still had some Windex on it.
