Got more progress on the drawer system. I have the sides and face to do still for the drawers and then grab some OEM looking felt to wrap it in. Also need to router the final edges of the drawers for a less sharp edge.

Got a little bit farther today.
So far roughly 50lbs total unloaded. I had a box back there already with my tools and what not in so it’s not too much different.
2WD he repainted it and basically restored it to 100% factory. It’s super clean.
Got a set of TREDS recovery boards in a promo deal.
Should help out in the sand and snow.

fully assembled and secured the drawers into the vehicle. Everything is bolted in to place and ready for use. Im very excited to try this out in my upcoming trip.
The tan carpet did not make it by the weekend so that will be next weekends project.

Because it’s not a fkn trailer floor. I have airline track I’m installing after the carpeting on both sides for anchoring points.
Installed 3” rear LT springs in place of the 2” I have now. I lost about 2” with the tent and drawers. This brought be back to the exact height I was before both the tent and drawers. Success.
