I would get an air impact if you have a good compressor..my dad has a dewalt electric impact and it works pretty good but doesn't seem very strong..supposed to be 300 ft lbs but seems like I can always get the lug nuts a little tighter and sometimes I have to break them loose before I spin them off with it
Cheeny and I used an electric dewalt at work and it was actually pretty nice. It broke loose anything we tried it on from what I can remember. Most of the stuff we used it on were 3/4" + bolts that hadn't been touched in probably 15+ years.
I bout a IR from Lowes it's quiet technology and I love the shit out of it. I have the new Mikita lithium. Love it. If you but electric get lithium. I also use to be a diesel mechanic until economy went to shits but the IR quiet technology is so nice being quiet
