Was supposed to have this done fro memorial day but our welder had to have knee surgery. Finished it last night. Only hard part is waiting for the boss to not be there. Gonna clean it up tonight and paint it. And have some flag pictures this weekend and 4th of july

Been thinking of doing the same thing, but mounted to my toolbox when I buy one
:hng: I hate you more and more every time you post Kyle :crazy:
 
I wanted to be able to mount it and it be removable wthout noticing any holes in the bed sides. This was the easiest for that. The pole is also removable from the base so I can pull the pole out and put in the truck so I can run into the store or something like that and not have to unlock my hitch.
 
Might havta make one like that after all. I was gonna do a section of pipe low on the tool box with a hole and bolt the flag down there, with a couple more u bolts or something a little further up the box to support it. Need to buy the box and take a look before I start either one I guess.

Plus, when the flag's not in, I can use those for tie down points if needed
