that's what I plan on doing. I just thought those were pretty sweet setup. I can't believe someone doesn't already make an adapter snout that goes through the and splines into the stock 4wd hub. would much rather buy something like that, than buy 4wd cv axles and take them apart.

Go to a local wrecking yard an snatch up for axle out of a 99NBS-NNBS. Snouts are the same. Clean it up abit, save the nut.

Not that easy in my area. 99-06 gm trucks and suv's in salvage are extremely hard to come by and harder to find without front end damage. NNBS trucks are non-existent. New Timken hubs and new shafts I can get for $250.
