i didn't do over 25 mph and like i said it was only a 6 mile drive and i move the tahoe back about a foot so the tongue weight could have been that much over

You should've backed it on and that would've helped more with out throwing it out if balance. And speed and distance really have no bearing on being overloaded. Overloaded is overloaded. But keep doing it that way and I'm sure everything will be fine.

wasn't flat just low on air my little 12v compressor was taking too long and it was raining
it had like 20 psi in the tire and the axles have individual suspension so there is the same amount of weight on each axle
