Ok I have a 2010 crew cab silverado. The tires I have now are goodyear eagle ls2. While driving that's all I hear in the cab of the truck in road noise. What is a good tire and doesn't cost a arm and leg?

Ok also not looking for performace tires either just good tires like these just not to where that's all you here in the cab. Truck is all stock no mods

word, my tires are quiet as fuck...had a "tire specialist" chic this weekend tell me Falken were junk, but only recommended Nitto, lulz. Tell that to the many guys running Falken Ziex STZ series tires and loving them.

my kdw treadwear is amazing, but not too noisy, but no good for your truck. x3 for the falken. or just buy some sound deadener

I'm leaning towards falkens. Just don't want to spend the money on more tires after just putting some on my last truck.

you find them poor? My last two tires had shit grip in wet...I find my stz05 WAY better. Grip like a son of a bitch

nittos do suck in the aspect of life, do they grip, well yeah, because they are soft, but soft tires last for shit! And a stock truck doesn't need grip. And with my truck being pretty much stock, meaning no boost or cam, the ziex work great. I've kept traction in rain when punching it, unless it's a very oily, traveled road.

I've got 305/50-20 Falkens on the Chevy and even with all the stuff done to it, I have no issues in wet or dry roads with traction. Granted I can light them up whenever I want(especially when wet), but when it's raining you should be driving different than when it's dry anyway.
