Alright. I'm going to powder my leafs, hitch, control arms etc.
but I'm having trouble picking a color for my truck, nothing seems to go with it good. I'm thinking candy/lollipop red but I think that'll be too much of that color combined with the truck color.

I'm building an oven as we speak, so I may even do the rear axle too.

Here's some pictures of the truck for reference.

The grille is also color matched now, that's an older picture.

Yeah, that burgundy color is hard to choose a complimenting color for. Especially if you're keeping the black wheels, I'd say stay black. Me personally though, I think colormatch the metal part of the front/rear bumpers, chrome wheels, then I think a silver powder would pop on there. That's really the only color I can think of that'd look good with your color

Silver family colors will pop. Or metallic blacks. Will be better with that 06 clip, shiny tails, and those american forces you know you want. LOL

Well what got me thinking was, I had my torsion bars and rear diff cover/lift blocks color matched. (Paint) can't get really get powder in my color. Closest is a darker cherry red I suppose.

And it looks pretty tits. Has held up well. But if Im doing leafs and control arms and hitch, I want something a little tougher. Namsayin.
That's what got us here. With the lollipop red candy.

I'm not a big fan of the axle and such done in silver. But suspension parts look fine. I'm betting money if you order prismatic swatches, you'll find a basic match for your color. Metallic silver/black/CM would be win in my book.

Listen to the rest of these guys, but imo that dark color needs some chrome or silver under it, then find a prismatic color that matches your paint if you want to do the axles.
