Painting honey comb part on grill

Not sure what he used, but when I did mine I used like 2 coats of bulldog adhesion promoter and then like 4 coats of black no clear, have had it done for like 3 months so far no chips/peeling or anything

What type of paint was the black, Dakota? Enamel, urethane, what?

Just rustoleum gloss black but it came out pretty glossy

smiggs, no need for primer. tape off, run over with dawn dish soap and scotch bright, plastic clean, adhesion promotor, then just spray paint some flat black or semi gloss black.

shit i just sprayed truck bed coating on mine. Has been like that since january with no problems
