I did earlier in the summer. I will say the car was 25 years old with multiple owners, and I "burnt up" some stuff that looked to be covering someone else's burn thru, a long time ago. First time I had burnt paint since I was 8. I'm effing 36 now.

The good thing about it, you usually only make that mistake once!
you make it twice...let someone else do your polishing!
