Obs headliner help

So we pulled the headliner out of my dads 89 a while back, broke all the clips off the plastic piece at the back of the cab that holds them all on. The plastic came off with the clips so I need to find a new one but I have no clue what it's called. Searched lmc truck and rock auto and couldn't find anything.

Here's a pic of what I need.. The piece across the back of the cab between the c pillars.

Edit: it has the dark red interior too if that matters. Really just need to know what it's called lol or a part number.
