If I post a non-vehicle related photo could someone photoshop out the background to where it's solid and just not all the random crap and other ppl in it? Trying to do something special for someone, they're dad passed away and I wanted to add a photo to a gift

I'm not sure, can't really do black or white because of their shirts, maybe a rustic brown/beige?
