Figured the forum could use a fresh build.

It's all just coming together. Body mounts are going to get more structure. But you get to see how things are coming along

Yeah.

A few pieces didnt show up for the front suspension. Theyre suppose to be here tomorrow, but the frame is under the tahoe and everything fit perfect. Leaving wednesday afternoon for slamboree.

Looks good, always cool seeing your builds.
All stock floor besides over the notch?
Yes, all foot space is stock. I'm moving the third row seats to the second row using the factory rear floor so the seats will still fold up and be removable.

Yeah, I got away from forums because IG was easier but IG has just went downhill for me. I know there are a fair share of tahoes/yukons/suburbans getting bagged but the people who build them aren't active or willing to share info. So I figured id document this build on here. Bring some light back to the glory days of the forums when full builds were everywhere.

I was hoping to get all my material to build the link bars friday but none of showed up and isn't going to be here today either. I didnt want to stop progress so I picked up some old link bars I had and welded them up to make them the correct length and did the same with an old panhard bar. Hopefully my stuff shows up tomorrow so I dont have to take it like this to slamboree but it will work if i have to.

IG is hard to find builds, Facebook is just people running their mouths, and forums are about dead.

Now that slamboree is over and I'be caught up on other shit around the house. It's time to tackle the thing most people dont give any insight on at all. Tubing the doors and moving the latches. I'm working these rear tubs in 2 sections really. What is outside the door seal seam and what's inside the seam. I will be adding a piece back to continue the seam along the tub so the seal has something to attach to like factory. So when you look at it. It will still be like it's one tub but will make things for me much easier trying to do the latch.
