Where do I start? This is currently my brother's truck, he has crashed it twice. The second time, insurance totaled it but we bought it back and rebuilt it (again). He has a 1 y/o son so he needs a bigger/safer/more reliable truck. He is about to get a nbs cc and once he does, this truck will be mine. I'm not thrilled about it but it's better than riding a bike around!

1998 Chevrolet Cheyenne 4.3 V6 2wd
Flowmaster 10 series (sounds like shit)
Sony Xplod head unit
2 12" Pioneer Subs
16" cheap ass rims

I'll probably drive it for a year or two until I can get a nbs ecsb Z71.

Now the backstory:
We bought it in Spring 2009, it was his second vehicle, he crashed the first one ('91 Cadillac Sedan Deville). Then in Fall of 2009, He rear ended someone and it was parked for a few months. By Spring of 2010, We had it up and going again. He drove it until March of this year when a guy pulled out in front of him and we had the same problem. Here are some pictures of the truck after the second crash. (that's the brother, Zack, on the left of the first picture)

So it sat at his house for a month then we finally brought it back to our house where it sat for another month before we got to work on it. Some pics of it when we got it to our house.

Then we tore it down (actually this pic is after tear-down and new radiator/core support/etc.)

I thought I had more pics of the rebuild but aparently my phone deletes shit without asking me first. :fp:

After new hood/grill/lights/bowtie/paint (finally all one color again!)/core support/radiator/etc.

Again with the missing pics... We took out the bench and carpet and cleaned them and I fixed the seat (some springs were broke so I replaced them.) but in this pic it is all back together just waiting for new multi function switch and air bag. Somewhere along the rebuild the winshield was also replaced.

already de-molded bishes (except for new front bumper)
future mods...f that, I'm not sinking money into this, lol.

Hello I realize this is an old post but I recently went through having my truck towed to the pound. How much was the cost of repairing it? Did you have to do any frame work?
