Got my set of Recon Lights in today!

I still have to install the bed light kit. Whole setup ran me about $520-40. Will post more pictures when I get the bed lights installed along with night pictures.

I'll admit, they're not as dark as I wanted them to be, but I like them. I won't be doing niteshade, I don't like the look of it, and I suck at painting. Main reason I got them was to blend in with the corners of the truck, I don't like how the stock tails have those two bumps on them. I know they're expensive, but I didn't want to buy cheap lights off ebay. I'm a sucker for name-brand when it comes to my truck. Full checklist was as follows:

1) Smoked taillights: $300
2) 2x LED reverse bulbs (doesn't come with the lights, and I did get the highest-priced ones,) $40 each.
3) Smoked third brake light: $100
4) Bed rail light kit: $120

I did use the FB promo code to buy them, so it did knock off 15%. Grand total was $524

I know some people won't like them, but to each his own.

I am too, I was carefull putting it on, so I have all the little pieces

They look good to me. I would have them sprayed by someone though. LED's are plenty bright you can have a (proper) tint job on them. Would look killer.

meh...

tint them with colormatched paint - thatd look great, right now it clashes IMO. I do want some LED tails for both trucks...
