It was 65 out yesterday and all the salt on the road was dry enough to take it for a quick rip. This is the latest it's ever been on the road. Global warming has its benefits

No recent garage pictures but I am trying to decide on 1.5 or 3" drop spring for the rear. It's hard to decide where I am from factory now. I have non stock shackles and original leafs. Leaning towards 3" because I can always get new control arms which I plan on getting anyways to correct the geometry.

Personally, I would do 1.5 or try to find some 2” springs. We did 3” on our Nova that we built years ago and swapped them for some 1.5-2” because the rear was wayyy too low. The rear wheel opening being smaller also compounds the problem looks wise

Mine actually sits really low now. I wish I had a good set of stock springs to see. I have another set sitting here but they are old as fuck as well. I am just worried that if I do 1.5 that it will sit higher than it does now. When I did the 2" coils it was the same height

Yeah, if they’re that old they’re probably sagging pretty good. But the spring rate is too soft, so if you like where it sits now, new springs will still make it ride/drive/handle better

Oh yea I know they are all the worn.

I am up in the air. I am not sure if I am into the shiny wheels. I want to figure out a way to mount the dog dishes on this. And them paint them black or yellow. But I have to roll the fender lip as it rubs bad

I did a thing and bought a camaro. Honestly I think keeping the nova stock af feels better. Plus I can drive the camaro on the freeway and beat this to fuck and not care.
