What's going on now?

We didn't expect to blower to stick out as much as it did, so ordered new oil pan and parts and now lowering the motor. We are going to do whatever we can to make this fit under a stock hood because we think nobody will expect it that way.

Right on. I've always seen guys use those pans to gain more clearance.
Is it a specific year model pan you have to use on the 5.3?

Keith actually did the leg work on this and provided the part numbers. I have a person I always use for dealer parts so I ordered them for him and shipped them. I can send you the part numbers if you need them.

I was just curious. I'm not to the point of motor swapping just yet. Trying to get my suspension dialed in right now.
