Lowered truck with over rails line - x pics?

Looking to buy a new bed and found one a city over but has over the rails line-x. He's asking $400 for bed and $100 for tonneau.

Looking for pics, may not be THAT bad in charcoal. ]Has the keyfob and clamp system. One hinge is broken though.

Are those KMC 690 M 5's in the top pics? Those are the wheels I ordered in Chrome but they just told me 6 week wait. I like them better on a the truck. Wait may be worth it or if those are different I need to change my order!

i have it over the rails, but my trucks black so its harder to notice.

Mine is over the rails and it's painted, has held up well. All I do I carry bikes and stuff but if you're not worried about it that could be an option
