ITGuy's 1972 Chevrolet Custom 350 C10 - Shop Truck / Noise Maker

Not sure if I will run in winters.. my immediate need is when I lift the LBZ and paint that frame.
It's really for fun at the moment. Thanx man

Almost got the Coys that Jordan posted. Didn't want to go to 22's though.
I've got a set of coys for my c10. Ultimately I want a set of billets but they will work for a while lol.

Ordered

Boss 338 Superfinish with Gunmetal Center
Front - 20x8.5 with 5.25 BS [+14mm]
Rear - 20x10 with 5.5 BS [+2mm]

good man!

Yeah if the right one showed up in the orange/white two tone paint scheme I would have to figure out what organs to sell to buy it, or just worry about the wife leaving haha.

So nice. I like the colors. Mine is a clunker in comparison. Lol. I'll be posting some pics tomorrow. I've not had any time to look at it so its been sitting in the garage. I did watch the 5 part series on YouTube for short bed conversion. Pretty serious. Would need some space to pull it off properly.

Ok actually spent a little time with the truck today. Up until now, I had about 20 minutes into it.

Ugly as sin? Maybe. Still badass though...

A little more digging and I found that someone has done some work to it for sure.

CPP (Classic Performance Products) - Looks like a 3/5 Drop Kit but I could be wrong.
I am going to pull a parts list form their website and see if they are all installed.

There are a lot of new parts on the front end for steering & suspension. All from Classic Performance Parts.
Some of them look Powder coated (CPP ships them this way)

Exhaust System is Aluminized with Thrush Weld mufflers link

Newish radiator, hoses and clamps. Looks like some engine work was done [I need to verify if it's original block or not]
This thing runs like a champ though. Fires right up, no smoking and very quiet in the engine bay.

I'll share more about my new clunker as I learn more about it. I am going to get all the part numbers so I can replace / add-on whats needed.

Yeah haha! I took that one off along with the "Get Off My Ass" sticker.
I left the I-69 one though :)

I'll have new tires, rims + hardware on this weekend if everything goes according to plan. [edit : Wednesday]

Then I will start taking apart the Dmax.
