How so I know how much lift is on my truck? NNBS

It's a 2008 Sierra. It had the lift on when we bought it. I just don't know how much it's lifted. It's a fabtech lift.

35s on 18s wheels and tires
 
Looks like about six, you can measure from old lower control arm mounts to new ones, also looks like camber is off but might just be the angle of the first pic
