Well guys my jvc double din took a shit. The screen just stopped coming on and it would plah music for about 10 sec and just turn off. My guess is thats something inside fried.
So now im in the market for a new double din. I wanna know what you guys have and recommend. My budget is $500. I would like a pioneer, alpine or a kenwood. I dont need navigation but Bluetooth would be good. Also something that will connect with Pandora off my phone. Rca connection for low mids highs and subs.
Thanks.

I have a pioneer avh-x4500bt..had it for 4-5 months now and couldn't be happier with it
I went with the intention of finding a 4400 but when I got to the local shop I deal with he said he just got the 4500s in and with the new software he liked it a lot better so I went with the 4500
Has 7" screen, Bluetooth, built in pandora app, direct smartphone control and app mode.. Got it for $450 out the door but went back and picked up the cable for iPhone that allows you to use the apps and Internet through your phone . So all in all I have $520 in it

The 8400 is badass..very similar to mine but I think it has a few more features, I was gonna get a 8400 but he didn't have any in stock so I went with the 4500 instead

Fuckin hard to choose but most likely the 8400bh.
Also none are compatible with the s3. Or would I have to buy a cable to make it work and be about to be on cgm on my screen

Coming up on new models being released, check out best buy for display models, I got my AVIC 940bt I had in the Impaler for a quite a bit less than your 500 budget(put it this way i bought it including taxes, used it for a year and sold it and made enough to still buy a case of beer and break even money wise) that retailed for 1000, sure the screen might have a lot hours on it but you should still get a full warranty.
