help...clickling noise

Hey guys,

I have a clicking noise coming from under the dash near my drivers side A pillar...it only happens when the AC is OFF. Any idea what it is?

constant? intermittent?

constantly about every 2 seconds while AC is off...

Maybe a relay or something? It does it with the ac off, is the fan still running or no?
