Have a weird noise going on here

I have a weird noise coming from engine bay. Sounds like a pulley , had in in recently , they replaced the tension pulley but no dice still there. It comes and goes, every time I take it in for a check , guess what nada... Any ideas......

It sounds like a pulley, The trick i found is get a can of wd40, and spray the bearing on one pulley at a time, and see if it goes away, say you spray the idler, and the noise goes away, then its the idler pulley gone bad.

also check that your power steering is full as when the pump runs low on fluid it will make a similar noise.

Ok,ill do that, but like I said it doesnt do it all the time which is a PITA
Every time I take it in it doesn't do it.....
