Hard water on le toolbox.

Waxed a truck toolbox today and the hardwater stains are still there. How can I make them go away?

I would assume some sort of chrome cleaner/polisher

Rubbing compound can't hurt the toolbox. I use a little on my trucks chrome and everything comes out flawless

Either way I'll probably have to wax it again right? I also have PC bundle adams kit, not sure if theres anything in there I can use?

wool pad and polish works the best. doesnt get eaten up like the power ball doodoo stuff

Well I clayed and waxed the truck instead of messing with the box, what pad should I use for the box and what polish? I have this Adam's Basic Porter Cable 7424 XP Polisher Kit and this Adam's FOCUS 4" Porter Cable Polishing Pad Kit
